Hiabrub's rubber hose resistant to oil and high temperatures is made through a composite process of high-strength synthetic rubber (NBR/FKM) and multiple layers of fiber/steel wire reinforcement. It is specifically designed for the transportation of fuel, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, and high-temperature chemical media. With various types of rubber hoses, it is suitable for construction machinery, petrochemicals, automotive manufacturing, and high-temperature industrial applications. The working temperature range is -30°C to +150°C, and it can withstand up to 180°C for short periods, meeting the requirements of harsh working conditions.

Hiabrub's rubber hose has extremely strong oil resistance: The inner rubber layer is made of nitrile rubber (NBR) or fluororubber (FKM), which can resist fuel oil, mineral oil, and acid-base corrosion, and can better prevent swelling and aging.

Hiabrub's rubber hoses exhibit strong stability at high temperatures. Our rubber hoses are made with a special formula of rubber combined with a high-temperature vulcanization process, which enables them to maintain flexibility even under continuous high temperatures, minimizing the occurrence of cracking or hardening.

Hiabrub's rubber hose has good pressure resistance and wear resistance. We will use a 4 to 6 layer of high-tension fiber/steel wire braiding layer, which can achieve a blasting pressure of 30 MPa. This enables the rubber hose to be resistant to wear and twisting, and extend its service life.
Hiabrub's rubber hoses are customizable according to customer requirements. The specifications include diameter (from 1/4" to 24"), length, and connector types (such as JIC, BSPP, NPT, etc.). Special hoses are also available, including FDA food-grade (made of EPDM material) and anti-static (with conductive carbon black layer). They are shipped globally and come with CE and RoHS compliance reports to ensure the efficient and safe operation of your equipment!
