Metal hoses are mainly composed of three parts: corrugated tubes (providing flexibility), metal mesh sleeves (enhancing pressure resistance and protection), and joints (enabling connection). The corrugated pipe, through a special corrugated design, allows the pipe to absorb displacement and vibration when bent while maintaining its sealing property.

Hiabrub Support Full-scenario customization : Special specifications can be customized according to the customer's working conditions (such as medium type, temperature range, installation space) - from precision conduit with an inner diameter of 3mm to large-diameter oil pipelines with an outer diameter of 800mm, supporting 12 types of interface customization including flange, thread, quick couplings, etc. It can even be specially designed for extreme scenarios such as ultra-low temperatures (-200℃) and ultra-high pressures (60MPa), and a customized solution can be provided within three days.

Hiabrub has established an Ultra-fast delivery system: The inventory coverage rate for regular models is 92%, and goods will be dispatched within 72 hours after placing an order. Customized models are produced in a modular way, with the entire process from design to delivery completed within 10 days. For urgent orders, a "three-shift" production mode can be initiated.

Hiabrub adopts a laser-welded corrugated pipe structure, with a rated working pressure ranging from 0.6 to 60MPa (far exceeding the industry standard upper limit of 32MPa). The pass rate of the 1.5 times rated pressure holding test (30 minutes without leakage) is 100%, and the measured burst pressure is more than four times the rated pressure (the industry average is three times). It has better stability in scenarios such as high-pressure hydraulic systems and oilfield oil pipelines.

Hiabrub metal hoses are more durable and corrosion-resistant: neither acidic water, alkaline water nor the moisture from the seaside can corrode them. They are several times more durable than ordinary ones and are worry-free to use in coastal areas and chemical plants.
