Metal hoses are mainly composed of three parts: corrugated tubes (providing flexibility), metal mesh sleeves (enhancing pressure resistance and protection), and joints (enabling connection). The corrugated pipe, through a special corrugated design, allows the pipe to absorb displacement and vibration when bent while maintaining its sealing property.

Hiabrub adopts a laser-welded corrugated pipe structure, with a rated working pressure ranging from 0.6 to 60MPa (far exceeding the industry standard upper limit of 32MPa). The pass rate of the 1.5 times rated pressure holding test (30 minutes without leakage) is 100%, and the measured burst pressure is more than four times the rated pressure (the industry average is three times). It has better stability in scenarios such as high-pressure hydraulic systems and oilfield oil pipelines.
